For the Enthusiast Work

If you can’t escape from laptops and other communications devices to go anywhere, always thinking about work even on weekends, and feel empty when no work to be done, perhaps you could be called a workaholic.

A workaholic tends to forget other things that are not less important, such as relationships with family, friends, or even yourself. In the long run, work addiction can also make people suffer from stress, which is the main factor triggering a variety of serious health problems. 1. Cut working hours
Before going to the office every day, remind yourself to complete all work at least 30 minutes before office hours ended. Thus, you will be encouraged to do tasks quickly and efficiently, and avoid unnecessary distractions.

2. Delegating tasks
A workaholic usually have high standards in doing a job (perfectionist), For that reason also, a workaholic is difficult to trust someone else to do a task, so forced myself to do everything yourself. 3. Time for yourself
Busyness does not work and rarely socialize make us forget to set aside time for yourself. Therefore, provide a special time to do the things you enjoy doing, such as reading, gardening, try recipes, photography, walking, or simply taking time to reflect.

4. Self-evaluation
