Not Drowning in Work

Often, because too seriously pursue a career establishment, someone became so absorbed in his work. No more personal life, no time to see the world other than employment. When you've started to feel uncomfortable spending the time to talk or walk with friends and always remembered the unfinished work, you may have started to 'sink'.

1. Stay flexible

4. Take time for family
Family and friends are lean on the always reliable. Therefore, do not forget to set aside time and make them as one of the important priorities in your life.

5. Looking for new projects
Working on new projects are always able to infuse new spirit into you, No need is too hard, just a small project that is not too time consuming. For example, learn some new skills like cooking Italian cooking, painting sketch, knit, learn French, and others. In addition, the open mind to every opportunity that passes in front of the eye!
